When Kaye and her husband moved from the Northeast to their new home in the Coral Harbour community of Englewood, FL, they fell in love with their lanai and driveway — but not so much with how dull and weathered the pavers had become. The color had faded, algae had taken hold, and years of Florida’s heat and humidity had stolen the brightness that once made their outdoor spaces shine.

After finding us on Google and doing her homework, Kaye was ready with great questions — she already understood the basics of steam cleaning, polymeric sand, and sealing. As Dillon, our local sales rep, explained:

A few days later, our foreman Bobby and his team arrived to bring Dillon’s plan to life. Even though the clients were away during most of the project, Bobby followed the same meticulous process that defines every Perfect Paver restoration:

• Starting from the highest point and cleaning methodically outward, ensuring no residue was left behind

• Allowing every surface to dry completely before installing fresh polymeric sand

• Finishing with our water-based penetrating enhancement sealer to lock in color, protect from moisture, and stabilize the joints for years to come

When Kaye returned, her reaction said it all.
