What You'll Do
As Foreman, you’ll be the key leader responsible for ensuring every job reflects the craftsmanship and professionalism Perfect Paver Co is known for. You’ll run a crew performing:
- Paver repair and restoration
- Pressure washing and surface cleaning
- Polymeric sand installation
- Paver sealing
- Hardscape repair and minor leveling
- Quality control and customer communication
- Project planning and daily workflow leadership
- Training and development of new technicians
What We're Looking For
This Foreman role requires hands-on experience. You’ll need:
- Experience with paver installation, repair, sanding, or sealing
- Pressure washing and surface cleaning experience
- A background in hardscape restoration or maintenance
- Experience leading a crew or managing job sites
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

If you have the experience and the drive, this role can grow into higher-level leadership—our top foremen earn $70k–$100k+ per year.
