Perfect Paver Co Products
Proprietary sand and sealer systems designed to deliver better-looking, longer-lasting results
Products Developed for Peak Performance
In an industry where many products are built for mass use, we took a different approach.
After restoring thousands of patios, driveways, and pool decks across multiple climates, we saw the same issues over and over: sealers that didn’t last, sand that broke down, and results that faded too quickly.
So we developed our own products.
Our proprietary sand and sealer systems are built from our real-world experience of restoring over 10 million square feet of outdoor surfaces. We’ve refined and tested these to perform the way paver systems should—both visually and structurally.

Why Our Products Matter for Your Project
The products used on your pavers directly impact how they look, how long they last, and how well they hold up over time.
That’s why we don’t rely on off-the-shelf solutions, and instead built a system designed to deliver better results from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the product used on my pavers matter?
The products used directly impact how your pavers look and how long they last. Lower-quality materials can fade, break down, or fail over time, while the right products help maintain color, stability, and overall performance.
What makes your products different from others?
Our products were developed through real-world restoration work—not just manufactured for general use. They’ve been tested across millions of square feet and refined based on what actually performs best over time.
Will the sealer change the color of my pavers?
Our sealer is designed to enhance your pavers’ natural color, not drastically change it. The goal is a richer, more uniform look — not an artificial or overly glossy finish.
How long will the sealer last?
Longevity depends on factors like sun exposure, traffic, and maintenance, but our system is designed to provide lasting protection and consistent appearance over time.
Do all projects use the same sand and sealer?
Not always. While our products are designed to perform across a wide range of projects, we choose the right approach based on your specific pavers, condition, and how the space is used.
Is polymeric sand always the best option?
Polymeric sand is a great solution for many projects, but not every situation is the same. In some cases, alternative methods like joint stabilizing sealers may be a better fit. We evaluate each project individually to determine the best approach.
Are your products safe for my home and landscaping?
Yes. Our systems are water-based and designed for residential environments, with proper application methods that protect surrounding areas.
Do you sell these products directly?
Our products are primarily used as part of our professional restoration process to ensure they’re applied correctly and deliver the best results. They are currently not available for purchase.
