Furniture & Access

For the best possible job, all work areas should be cleaned before service starts. 

  • We will move up to 10 lightweight items at no additional cost
  • Furniture must remain off sealed surfaces for a minimum of 24 hours after installation.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the moving or replacement of furniture.
  • If you would like us to move or replace furniture after the project is completed, we provide this service for an additional cost.
Scheduling

All of our scheduling depends on the weather, and we cannot guarantee start dates in advance. Once your foreman is dispatched, we will confirm scheduling.

Irrigation

All irrigation systems must be turned off 24 hours prior to service and 48 hours after sealing.

Cure Times
  • Foot Traffic — 6 hours
  • Furniture — 24 hours
  • Vehicles — 48-72 hours (weather dependent)
