Perfect Paver Co
Warranty & Care Guidelines
Quality is Our Priority on Every Project
At Perfect Paver Co, our work is built on years of hands-on experience restoring and repairing paver systems. We understand what causes pavers to fail, and we build and restore them differently because of it.
Our warranty reflects that approach—clear, straightforward, and designed to give you confidence in the work we do.
Our Workmanship Warranty
What’s Covered
This warranty covers issues related to how the work was performed, not just the final appearance.
Our workmanship warranty includes:
Sealer performance defects
Whitening, Peeling, Cracking, Yellowing
Repair work included in your approved estimate
What’s Not Covered
Because paver systems are exposed to the elements and built on flexible bases, certain conditions fall outside of workmanship and are not covered:
Environmental & Structural Factors
- Natural ground movement (settling or heaving)
- Lateral movement or edge restraint shifting
- Weather events (storms, flooding, freeze-thaw cycles)
Surface Wear & External Impact
- Normal joint sand wear over time
- Organic growth (mold, algae, etc.)
- Insect activity
- New staining after service
- Efflorescence (A naturally occurring white residue caused by moisture moving through the pavers)
Use or Surroundings
- Damage from vehicles, pets, or abnormal use
- Sprinkler systems or excessive water exposure
- Furniture or equipment damage
- Chemical exposure
Project Scope & Maintenance
- Areas where recommended repairs were declined
- Projects where sealer removal was advised but not performed
- Failure to follow aftercare guidelines
What is Efflorescence?
Efflorescence is a naturally occurring condition where salts within the pavers are drawn to the surface by moisture. It can appear as a white or hazy residue over time.
Because it originates from within the material itself, it is not related to workmanship or sealer performance and is not covered under warranty.
Important Considerations
Paver systems are built for flexibility and durability, but some conditions may fall outside the scope of installation.
Considerations include:
- High-traffic commercial areas may require additional protection and are excluded from standard coverage
- Natural ground movement and environmental factors can impact long-term performance, including:
- Settling or heaving
- Lateral movement or edge restraint shifting
- Material durability over time
- Structural or system-related changes
Before, During, and After Service
Furniture & Access
For the best possible job, all work areas should be cleaned before service starts.
- We will move up to 10 lightweight items at no additional cost
- Furniture must remain off sealed surfaces for a minimum of 24 hours after installation.

All of our scheduling depends on the weather, and we cannot guarantee start dates in advance. Once your foreman is dispatched, we will confirm scheduling.

All irrigation systems must be turned off 24 hours prior to service and 48 hours after sealing.

Frequently Asked Questions about Warranty
What does your warranty actually cover?
Our warranty covers issues related to workmanship—meaning how the work was performed. This includes things like sealer performance defects or issues with repairs completed as part of your project.
What is not considered a warranty issue?
Conditions caused by environment, usage, or lack of maintenance—such as ground movement, weather exposure, organic growth, or normal wear—are not considered workmanship issues and are not covered.
What if something doesn’t look right after the project is completed?
If you notice anything that doesn’t seem right, reach out. We’re happy to take a look and help determine what’s going on.
Does sealing prevent all future issues?
Sealing helps protect and enhance your pavers, but it does not stop natural movement, environmental effects, or ongoing wear. Regular maintenance is still important.
How can I make my results last as long as possible?
Following the aftercare guidelines provided after your project is the best way to extend the life and appearance of your pavers. Routine cleaning and maintenance go a long way.
Protecting Your Investment
Proper care plays a major role in long-term performance. We recommend:
- Following the aftercare instructions provided after your project
- Keeping surfaces clean and free of debris
- Addressing small issues early before they become larger problems
