”Fairly well involved project. Releveling pavers around the pool, low spots under the eves where the water had dripped, dips and unlevel throughout the entire cage. Repairs involved cleaning the black off the pavers and then resanding with polymeric sand, and finally 2 coats of sealer. Almost 2 years later still holding up very well. Picture/menu driven approach so you know exactly what you are getting. Not cheap, not expensive, it's a job well done.

”What a great company. I read a number of reviews that were quite impressive so I requested a quote and settled on them. I had my lanai travertine tiles and my driveway pavers cleaned, sanded and sealed. Zack and his partner did a fantastic job. You want your pavers or tiles done? Perfect Paver Co is the company for you!

”This was a tremendous experience from the start. Met with Perfect Paver Co’s initial contact (Logan) who was very helpful and laid out the plan for cleaning our pavers and lanai. Casey & John did the work and were terrific. Casey was an exceptional communicator who explained how things would enhance and clean up our driveway and lanai. I would definitely recommend this team of professional people. A great experience with Perfect Paver Co.

Many lower-priced services rely on high-pressure washing and one-size-fits-all sealers. That approach often leads to repeated costs and further damage. Our pricing reflects lasting value.

Several factors determine how frequently you should reseal pavers, including sun exposure, rainfall, traffic, and proximity to pools or landscaping.
Natural stone surfaces like travertine, marble, and limestone (commonly found on pool decks in Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs) typically need sealing more often than concrete or brick pavers because they are more porous and retain moisture longer.
Other key factors include:
Most homeowners reseal every 2–3 years. However, we evaluate your specific surface and provide tailored recommendations during your inspection.
The humidity and frequent rain, especially in areas like Cape Coral, Sanibel and Leigh Acres create ideal conditions for mold and algae growth.
Porous materials such as travertine, marble, and limestone absorb and retain moisture, particularly in shaded areas or around pools. Over time, trapped moisture allows mold spores to develop beneath the surface.
Pressure washing may remove visible growth, but it does not eliminate embedded spores. That’s why we use a high-heat steam-cleaning process designed to thoroughly remove mold and organic buildup before sealing.
Natural stone requires a specialized approach, especially in humid climates like Florida.
We use a controlled steam-cleaning process that relies on high heat instead of excessive pressure or harsh chemicals. This allows us to remove mold and algae while protecting the integrity of the stone, whether your home is in Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs.
After cleaning, we install polymeric sand (when appropriate) and apply a sealer formulated specifically for porous natural stone. This reduces moisture absorption and helps slow future organic growth.
Yes, when it is installed correctly.
Polymeric sand provides strong joint stabilization and helps prevent washout during heavy rainstorms common throughout Lee County, Florida, including Cape Coral, Sanibel and Leigh Acres.
It also allows the surface to be sealed independently of the joint material.
When properly matched to joint size and surface type, polymeric sand performs extremely well in Lee County’s climate.
Cloudy or white sealer is a common issue, particularly in humid areas like Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs.
Typical causes include:
Humidity makes proper preparation and timing critical. Applying sealer incorrectly can trap moisture and cause whitening.
Yes. We provide professional sealer stripping and removal services.
If your pavers in Cape Coral, Sanibel and Leigh Acres have turned cloudy or uneven due to improper sealing, we can safely remove the failed coating and reapply the correct product under proper conditions.
This process must be done carefully to avoid damaging the surface, which is why experience matters.
High-pressure cleaning can create long-term problems.
Excessive pressure may wash out bedding sand beneath the pavers, open surface pores, and accelerate deterioration, especially in humid environments like Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs.
Our steam-cleaning process uses heat to clean effectively while minimizing the need for excessive force.
When the correct sealer is selected and applied properly, your pool deck should maintain its natural traction.
Our sealers integrate with the surface texture rather than coating it excessively. Slippery surfaces are typically the result of over-application or incompatible products.
We do not automatically include anti-slip additives because they often fail over time. However, if slip resistance is a top priority for your home in Cape Coral, Sanibel and Leigh Acres, we can include additives upon request.
Yes. Shifting soils and improper base preparation can cause settling over time throughout Lee County, Florida, especially around pools and driveways in Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs.
Because we began as a high-end installation company, we understand how these systems are built from the ground up. We address structural issues before restoring the surface so the problem does not return.
We typically recommend sealing new pavers once the installation has properly settled and dried.
Sealing too soon can trap moisture. Waiting too long can expose the surface to UV damage, staining, mold growth, and erosion, particularly in high-exposure areas like Cape Coral, Sanibel and Leigh Acres.
If you’re unsure about timing, we’re happy to evaluate your installation and recommend the proper schedule.
Yes. We are properly licensed to operate in the state of Florida.
Licensing ensures accountability and professional standards—something every homeowner in Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs should verify before hiring a contractor.
Yes, we carry full workers’ compensation insurance.
In Florida, it’s critical to verify this coverage before allowing any contractor onto your property. Without proper coverage, homeowners in Cape Coral, Sanibel and Leigh Acres or anywhere else in the county could be exposed to liability in the event of an accident.
Protecting our clients is just as important as protecting our employees.
