Our Process

Sunken Pavers

  • Jake began by lifting and re-grading the sunken 10’x15’ section near the garage, rebuilding the base to correct the slope and prevent water from draining toward the home.
  • The team then used hot-water steam cleaning to remove years of organic buildup from the pavers, followed by joint cleaning to clear deep-rooted debris.
  • Fresh polymeric sand was installed to stabilize the joints, lock out future weed growth, and reinforce the structure.
  • Finally, we applied a penetrating water-based sealer to protect the surfaces and bring out the natural color of the stone.

Flagstone Walkway & Steps Repair

  • Our crew used a lower-pressure steam rinse to lift stains and expose the stone’s beautiful tones of red, gray, and blue.

Travertine Back Porch & Paver Patio Restoration

  • The travertine back porch and paver patio were deep-cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed as well, unifying the look across the entire property.
